Exhibiting at Bacchus Awards means putting your products in the spotlight of the British wine market

The event aims first and foremost to be a showcase for the best of Made in Italy oenology

It also intends to involve selected gastronomic excellences interested in sponsoring their products for the Gastronomic Buffet Tables.

The event aims to give Italian food and wine companies of excellence the opportunity to present their products to an audience of British professional buyers, as well as the chance to compete for the prestigious Bacchus Awards.

Finally, it can be an important marketing opportunity for companies interested in promoting themselves through sponsorship of the event.

Therefore, 3 types of participation are available:

  2. FOOD EXCELLENCE EXHIBITOR AND BUFFET TABLES SPONSOR
  3. EVENT SPONSOR


EXHIBITION

The market Exhibition is mainly aimed at companies and wine distributors who are able to present Italian products of excellence. Participation in person is not required. The products can be presented and tasted by one of our representatives, even without your presence on site. 


EXHIBITION SERVICES OFFERED BY THE ORGANISERS

  • Display table with your company name and logo and ice bucket and tarallini.
  • Showroom set-up with your products and advertising material, Roll-ups, Brochures
  • Tasting glasses
  • Lunch Buffet
  • Suitable premises for stowage and storage of your products TO BE SUBMITTED BY 10 MARCH 2025
  • Accredited Jury for Product Evaluation and AWARDS Delivery
  • Commercial support, negotiation assistance during meetings
  • Promotion of the Event in the Social Network Wine&Food channels of GUSTO FOOD & BEVERAGE AND OUR PARTNERS
  • Service - Reservation on your behalf in Affiliated Hotel adjacent to the Event Location                                                                                                            

SERVICES AT EXPENSE OF THE EXHIBITORS

  • Costs for sending the products for the event to our warehouse by 10 MARCH 2025, including customs and excise costs
  • Your transfer costs Italy/London
  • Accommodation costs c/o Partner Hotels
  • Transfer costs from airports and other transport
  • Sommelier to represent you if you are unable to attend in person (Pounds 250 for the whole day)
  • Interpreter to assist you in the presentation of your products and negotiations (Pounds 170 for the whole day)
  • Any specific installations and equipment such as fridges, induction cookers, etc.

FOOD EXHIBITOR AND BUFFET TABLES SPONSOR

Selected Food Producers and Distributors interested in presenting their products of excellence may also participate in the exhibition by sponsoring the gastronomic Buffet Tables with their products. Participation in person is not required. Products can be presented and tasted by one of our representatives, even without the need for your presence on site.

EXHIBITION SERVICES OFFERED BY THE ORGANISERS

  • Sponsor of the gastronomic Buffet Tables. On all promotional material, on the event website and on the buffet menu it will be indicated that ‘ABC Company’ is the official sponsor of the food buffet Tables.
  • Buffet tables set up with your products, and advertising material supplied by you, Roll-up, Brochure
  • Tasting glasses/dishes
  • Lunch Buffet

quality street FOOD EXHIBITOR 

Selected Street Food Operators preparing quality Italian Food  interested in presenting and selling their food during the Market Exhibition  may also participate. Street food is usually sold by a  vendor on a street or at another public place, such as a market, fair, or park and  meant for immediate consumption.

  • Table set up with your adverti sing material supplied by you, Roll-up, Brochure
  • Possibility of simple food preparation or or reheating ready-made food.
  • Tasting glasses/dishes

PARTICIPATION FEE

ALCOHOL  AND FOOD EXHIBITORS

Participation in the event as ALCOHOL EXIBITOR AND FOOD SPONSOR requires the payment of a participation fee of Pounds 700, which is reduced to Pounds 500 for registrations made by 31/01/2025.

To this amount must be added any amounts for Sommelier/Chef, Interpreter and other specific requests not specifically provided for.

STREET FOOD OPERATOR

Participation in the event as a STREET FOOD OPERATOR requires the payment of a participation fee of Pounds 400, which is reduced to Pounds 250 for registrations made by 31/01/2025.

To this amount must be added any amounts for Sommelier/Chef, Interpreter and other specific requests not specifically provided for.

EVENT SPONSOR 

Participation in the event as SPONSOR OF THE EVENT requires the payment of a participation fee of Pounds 1,800, which is reduced to Pounds 1,200 for registrations made by 31/01/2025.
